The seminar “Digital Transformation Forum for Public Sector: The Future of Artificial Intelligence in Public Sector”, a collaboration between Bisnis Indonesia Group, Multipolar Technology, and IBM, was held and discussed the development of AI in Indonesia and the benefits of AI for the public sector to help improve performance in various fields, on June 20, 2024.

Currently, the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is growing rapidly in business operations. The implementation of AI technology will certainly expand in various sectors, encouraging increased productivity in business and public services.

Seminar Fast-Track Digital Innovation: A Scalable, Secure Unified Platform for High-Performance Services

For businesses to be more agile in innovating in the digital era, they need the right technology support. This technology must be able to accelerate the launch of new products and services flexibly to meet customer demands. Multipolar Technology, Red Hat Indonesia, and Virtus Technology Indonesia held a seminar Fast-Track Digital Innovation: A Scalable, Secure Unified Platform for High-Performance Services, on June 11, 2024.
To meet these needs, Multipolar Technology has developed the VisionDG Digital Platform solution. This joint solution allows businesses to accelerate their digital transformation in an agile, straightforward, and rapid manner.

Multipolar Technology and IBM collaborated with IDC to organize an interactive IDC Executive Roundtable discussion titled “Getting the Best of Both Worlds: Enhanced Growth through AI and Elevated Trust by Cutting-Edge Security Technology” to address the company’s business demands.
The solution presented at the seminar was IBM Guardium as Database Activity Monitoring software, which protects data and facilitates data management with complete, user-friendly yet powerful features. Also presented was the IBM Watsonx AI platform solution, which includes three core components designed to help customer businesses. This complex solution was discussed in detail with participants and experts.

This has prompted many leading companies to leverage data and analytics to meet customer expectations, enhance competitiveness and relevance in business development.
What is the optimal innovation to meet customer expectations regarding digitalisation?
This topic was thoroughly explored at BPD Forum 2024, entitled ‘Becoming a Data-Driven Organisation’. The event, entitled ‘Analytics Strategy and Digital Landscape Acceleration’, will take place at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort from 5-7 March 2024.
The deployment of AI-based big data platforms enables the comprehensive processing of data, facilitating a detailed understanding of customer conditions and business operations. This is an essential element in the development of corporate strategy, the introduction of new products and services, and the making of business decisions in order to accelerate the process of digital transformation.
The opening topic at BPD Forum 2024 was ‘Secure Your Analytics Data’ from IBM Indonesia, followed by a discussion of “Radical Resilience to Keep Your Business Running” from Veeam. The third topic at BPD Forum 2024 was ‘Navigating Cybersecurity Challenges in Indonesia’s Banking Industry’ from Trend Micro Indonesia, which was followed by a discussion of ‘Cybersecurity Convergence’. Acer Indonesia will present a discussion on ‘Readiness to Respond to Physical and Cyber Threats’.
The current technological disruption is affecting all industries, including the banking and finance industry. As data sets become larger and more varied, the need for a platform that can store, analyse and process data quickly and accurately is also increasing.
This topic was revisited in a roundtable discussion, during which the latest information was presented to help banks make the right business decisions.
Wahana Gemilang has formed a partnership with IBM, Cisco, Dell Technologies, TechData with Microsoft, Red Hat with VTI and Helios with Nutanix. All six organisations participated in the roundtable discussion.

IDC New Year Luncheon with Multipolar Technology and IBM

According to IDC predict, 25% of large enterprises in Southeast Asia will experience a 20% increase in increased information usage by 2026 due to investments in intelligent knowledge networks that turn structured and unstructured data into discoverable and actionable knowledge. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, 80% of companies have identified enterprise intelligence and AI as top priorities for market competition. 

Multipolar Technology and IBM held an interactive discussion with the theme “Leading in the Digital World with Enterprise Intelligence” on January 17, 2023, with the IBM Infosphere Data Replication (IIDR) solution. 

With this solution, replication can capture changes that occur in the database and immediately send messages or notifications to the target database. Data obtained in real-time certainly facilitates decision-making more quickly and accurately.
